XYOPST is a small technology startup with a team working across multiple locations. We are building our business with a simple belief: technology should help people and communities move forward.
Alongside our customer work, we are happy to lend our skills to charitable initiatives, community projects, disaster-relief efforts, and people who need support getting started. Whenever feasible, we contribute what we can and agree on a practical way to help.
You do not need a polished proposal or a technical background to speak with us. Share your idea in your own words. We will listen, help you make sense of the next step, and discuss the work we can support.
For every project we take on, we agree what we will deliver, how we will communicate, and what support we can provide. Care begins with listening and continues in how we work together.
Support given freely.
Whenever feasible, we contribute our IT skills at no charge to agreed charitable programmes, non-profit initiatives, disaster-relief efforts, and people who need technology they cannot afford.
From a website or mobile app to practical IT guidance, we agree on a useful way to help. This support is a gift to the community, with no expectation of payment, profit sharing, or repayment.

Choose to pay later.
For projects we agree to support, we can begin without an upfront fee. If your idea or initiative succeeds and you wish to pay us later, you can.
A later payment is voluntary. If things do not work out, you owe nothing. We agree on the work covered before we begin.
Build together.
Share in success.
For selected ventures, we can carry out the agreed IT work without an upfront fee, in return for an agreed share of future profits.
We take responsibility for delivering and supporting the IT work covered by our agreement while your business works towards profitability. Profit sharing begins only when the business earns a profit.
Before we begin, we agree in writing on the work, each side’s responsibilities, how profits will be calculated and shared, and how long the arrangement will last. We also agree what happens if the business does not become profitable and how either side can end the arrangement.
When the agreed arrangement is complete, you can choose whether to continue working with us. We plan any handover together.
